Overseas Tool Room and mold-testing facility:We have fully equipped Tool rooms and molding machines for testing the molds as well as processing conditions. The toolmakers exclusively work for RA Agencies and are experts in their respective areas of mold making like crates/pallets, furniture's, house wares, precision engineering items/automotive components, caps and closures etc. An expert team of CAD and design engineers ensure that nothing is left to chance and check and approve the drawings at different stages, take approval of the customer and diligently oversee its execution.
 
Zero defect : In our effort to move towards zero defect we are in the process of setting up advanced real-time image transmission technology coupled with five-way voice & video conferencing system so that the customer gets to see the testing on line and can get involved in the approval process and can get to see the data on performance live. This will save lot of time and efforts and speed up the delivery schedules.
 
Mold repairs / Modifications / Alterations : We have a fully equipped and operational 8000 sq.ft. state of the art Tool Room with the latest CNC and allied machines staffed with experienced engineers and toolmakers, who are capable of undertaking servicing/repairing/modifying of molds and assist in the commissioning of the moulds supplied by us.
